Prominent Indigenous Rights lawyer and Managing Partner at Olthuis, Kleer, Townshend LLP Pelletier will be speaking on Practicing Law with Indigenous Peoples - from an Indigenous Perspective.

Renée Pelletier is Maliseet and grew up in Fall River, Nova Scotia.
Her practice includes work on Indigenous and treaty rights litigation, and specific claims.
A member of the Indigenous Bar Association, Renée is passionate about assisting her Indigenous clients in achieving greater self-determination, and strives to incorporate the legal traditions of her Indigenous clients into the ork she does on their behalf.
